Need vbulletin expert to do a change in the vbulletin code.

I need to have a classifieds section built. It would be just a kind of forum extension.

Working: Users would be able to post their products for sale in this section. When they post any prouduct, this would ask them the category (pre defined list) and then they can list it and give their paypal email.

So, in a way, user will self manage his own ads, arranging payment outside of the our forum and be responsible for deleting them when sold.

This has to be a plugin installable on vbulletin version 4.

I prefer Indian programmars who can communicate regularly using cellphone rather than emails.
