i try to explain what i need. I attach to be clear 2 pictures and now i explain in here what i want:

FIRST:

In picture 1 you see a classic flash player from famous xxx video network, but all player from big video network rectly works all in the same way.

After the user press play button for the first time the player become all clickable if the user clicks in any place ( see picutre 2 ) he gets redirected to the video home so we lose a lot of visits because user clik on player and not in ads spots around the player.

So now i need a CSS code that i can use to overlay to the player to make only certain parts of the player clickable ( better i still need that the user cans click the play button in the center of the video and the play, pause on nav bar, but not in other places. ( if you take as example te picture 2, i would like to have a code that stop the possibility to click on all white zones and allow to click only in not white overlay zones.

SECOND:

As you can see after the page is loaded appears on top of the player a banner that the user can easly close. I need also you extract from this page the code to do it. Because addionally i would like to have my ads on top of the player.


NOTES:

i need codes full cross browsers compatibles: Chrome, Firefox, IE 6 + etc etc...

All codes must be light to be loaded and add to the page less code as possible ( i mean everything must reside in external css, js files to not have to put into the page a lot of code near the player )

I would like to have to place only a div near the player, something like ( all scripts if necessary and css must stay in .css and .js files loaded in the header of the page ):

This codes must be compatible with all major xxx embeddable players. I know all players have aspects a little different ( different navbar, different size of play button. SO i will need you replicate the codes to make full compatible:
