Scrolling Menu
Please review attached mock up of moving menu. The menu must be fully functional. The user must be able to hit the right arrow or left arrow to scroll the menu to the right or left. Must be exactly as the mock up image I created. I must have the ability from a control panel to easily add/remove categories from the menu including when adding a category to the menu the ability to add an image and text including url that will open. All links in the menu open up in the bottom frame in the page.

Mouse Hover Menu
Please review the attached city_highlight image. The image is static right now. I need the to have when a user mouse overs any of the highlighted images that image will glow and increase in size and if the user clicks on it will got to a specified url. Must beable to add/remove the url links from same control panel. The highlights you see in the image are only to show you the images that should be coded.

Must be completed within agreed time frame, tested and delivered free of errors.
