typo3 + geotargeting extension

- Description: I need to be capable of using typo3 standard elements which would be selected from a given list depending on the country analyzed by IP of visitor.
So, if a visitor from Germany visits the page, the element for germans would be shown, if somebody from UK visits, an element for British would be shown. The rest of the page should be the same.
I would use the maxmind database services to get IPs identified.
Number of countries should be all of the world, but I will need to group x countries for 1 possible element, so the number of group elements could be aprox. 10-30, but it should be up to me to choose how much I want to use.
