We are looking for someone that can help with a part 1 of a 2 part project

Part 1

Develop a system that will allow us to do the following for 50,000 emails

1/. Identify is the email associated with a Facebook account
2/. If yes, extract the ID for the account
3/. Using the ID look up the following information
City, Groups, Number of friends

This project is part of an ongoing research program and could lead to an ongoing collaboration. (Part 2 plus other projects

What we need now is someone that can do the work listed above for a fixed price.

We will provide you with the 50 K emails, you will need to deliver the following

All IDs
All profile information that was extracted (note this can be in the standard facebook API format)
A system we can use again with other emails.

Your offer should be for this part 1 of the project only
Our budget estimate is just an estimate, please provide your most competitive estimate along with some information on your credentials. Our choice will be based more on your ability to do the work than the lowest price

On acceptance of the project we will place funds for the project in escrow and will release payment on completion of part 1. This work wil need to be completed by Fev 15

Part 2

After successful completion we would like to discuss how you could use this system to collect data for 2 million of our clients.
