    I am looking to turn www.realniggashit.com into the next big urban video/viral video sensation. Im looking for a platform similar to worldstarhiphop.com. I need a good source of viral video feeds and excellent SEO and backlinking skills. I also will need a store built, a custom flash player, and a system that pays users that submit videos. I want a simple layout that doesnt have an extreme amount of addspace but really focus' on the videos and store.

    Im looking for someone that sees what im seeing and can make it happen. ive got more sites that need developing so im looking for a good long term relationship.
