I need a Core PHP/MySQL programmer who has some prior experience working on web portals involving mid to complex requirements. I don't need an "advanced" programmer, but someone with a bit of experience of handling such work.
The current status of my portals:
- They are developed and need more features (will share links when I shortlist programmers)
- Have used open source software in some places, need someone to obviously help me customize and tweak it to my business requirements
There would be continuous ongoing work since these portals would be high traffic oriented and busy! So if the person proves to be a 'stable' , trusted and right resource delivering ON TIME, I could definitely ink a long term contract.
Please note this is an important per-requisite: I would want developer(s) from INDIA (residing in India).
