We are looking for someone to build complete email program.

Where our clients can create custom web forms to capture customers data based on there requirements such as name, email, phone, fax, address, birthday, anniversary and a few others.

Client should be able to set auto reply to the users who are filling the forms based on the forms choices.

Clients should be able to upload there own database in .csv format and should be able to download as well in .csv format

Clients should be able to choose different templates or able to create own email campaign as per there need.

Clients should be able to create a duplicate the whole campaign by few clicks instead of creating from scratch.

Clients should be able to create custom campaigns for various email databases.

Database must be spam free with validation.

Click-through tracking, Conversion tracking, Sent emails, Delivered/undelivered, Bounced emails

Email Sending Features
Email job scheduling, SPAM test (make sure you aren't spam), Create email aliases

Contact Management Features
Import making lists, Remove unsubscribed contacts, Group your email contacts

Email Creation Features
Email setup wizard, Supports unicode, Add images, Add hyperlinks, Add attachments, Basic formatting



Other Features
Inbox Preview, Integrate with Google Analytics, Social Media Share, Feed Mail,
Admin side

we should be able to bill the clients based on the monthly/yearly usage or no. of emails etc.

We want web based software like that where we can have it installed and hosted on my own choice of server and have full control of functionality and have the ability to add features moving forward.
