For an order form, I need you to create a paypal subscription button based on selections made by visitor at my site.

Client will come to my site. He will select Services.
Basic service $10
Special service $20
Exclusive service $30
Very Exclusive service $40
From here, we will get price X to be shown in Price box in attached form.

And if client select package A, then add $5 in price X
If client select package B, then add $6 in price X.
From here, we will get price Y to be shown in Price box in attached form.

And If Client selects Plan A, then add $7 in price Y
if client selects Plan B, then add $8 in price Y
From here, we will get final price Z to be shown in Price box in attached form.


Based on this Z value, I want paypal button created. By clicking this paypal button, visitor will be subscribing to pay me $Z at every 7 days.

Please note, all these prices are given to help you understand requirement. These are not real prices. I should be able to change these prices at my end.

And I dont want paypal button to be encrypted. I need it in simple html so that I may be able to change it as and when I need it.

Once visitor clicks paypal button, 2 things should happen.
A. paypal subscription should start
B. all this data (name, email, etc) should reach to me at my email id.
