I need a Penny Auction site built that does Penny Actions, No-Timer Reserve Auctions and Seat Auctions. I have php script for one but I need it modified OR another one build with many features. These are MANDITORY features I need for site:

Free Bid/Paid Bid/Bonus Bid Module- Site recognizes bid types and allows bids on certain auctions, NOT ALL.

Expiring Bids Coupon Module- Bids from coupon codes expire in time I set

Advance Coupon Module- User can use coupon code once or as many times as I would let them & Code expires at a certain time

Birthday Module- Give certain amount of bids on bday automatically

Banner- Need 4-6 page banner on Home screen; Different Banners for guests and members.

Tiered Win Limits- Limits on auctions based on item value

Movable Auctions- Give members the ability to arrange auctions in thier own order and it stays that way every time they log in until they decide to change it again.

Avatar- Allow members to upload thier own pictures as thier avatar; avatar must show when they bid and if they win.

Chatroom- Site must have a chat room where members can chat with each other.

Newsletter- Site must be intergrated with Mailchimp.com

Assistance Chat w/ que- Site needs a chat system for guests and members to reach staff for assistance; system must have que.

Payment Methods- Site must be intergrated with Paypal, Google, Intuit,and Authorize.net.

BID PAYMENT- Members can ONLY pay for auctions, including shipping, with BIDS. ONLY BIDS are purchased with other payment method; amount of bids need to pay for item depends on value of each bid.

Member Profile- Use Member's Username, First Name, last name, State, and avatar pic to create a member profile after sign-up.

Member Area- Allow Members to be able to see their bid history when they want, also allow members to view other members "profile" by clicking thier username during an auction

Messaging- Allow Messages to be send amongst members; inboxes will delete messages 3 days old.

Social Badges- Must have badges for our Facebook and Twiiter page so members can follow and Like; Must be integrated so they can like directly from page without going to social site itself.

Interactive Interface- Site must be able to interact with members when they win or come VERY close to winning as welll as when they purchase bids. If you need details about this please ask.

Template- Site must have an Original template that doesnt resemble other sites. I want a greeting page to show before guests see actual site... Please ask if you need more details...

Admin Panel- I want an easy Admin panel, NOTHING complicated. I want to be able to give and take bids and label them as paid, free, or bonus bids. I want to be able to download members information in an XML file for export and storage. I want to be able to close down site and have Maintenance message appear when I do so. For more details please ask.

Apple/Android App- Site must have app for apple AND android platform to allow members to log-in, buy bids using card on file, bid on auctions, receive alerts when auctions they select are coming up, and chat in chatroom.

Auction swap- Allow Members to swap won auctions for other members won auctions.

The site I need made MUST HAVE ALL of those features... if it doesn't, I WONT DO BUSINESS WITH YOU. I dont care if you sell me someone else's site that has the same features, just make sure site has my own template, NO BUGS, and No GLITCHES. If everything is good, I will pay the chosen programmer to maintain and/or check site and server health bi-weekly.
