We need to develop a Rates Manipulation Module on MVTS 2 Platform running on Oracle DB for our wholesale VOIP billing platform. We are in need of some specific features affecting the rates section. What we mainly need, is that when we upload new customer's rates, that we get a report upon completion stating if the rates increased, decreased or have been removed. In addition, we need the possibility that these rates changes to be sent automatically to our customers.
