The following is required for our Magento Shop;

Add "Cases" of products to the system for ordering, checkout, shopping cart.
Currently we only have "per unit" but we need a "per case" also that has a different price. If the per unit amount becomes equal to the amount of products in a case then the "Case" price kicks in as a discount for buying a whole case.

Add Views to the site, LIST, Thumbnail, all products list, products by region and paginate these views. Allow sort orders when in list view.
Include the list views pages when a search result is shown.

Add a User level Distributor/Wholesale Login so my wholesale customers can order direct from the site also.

Add a PDF Order Module that sends a PDF order sheet to our supplier in the format required, this should include the Product Code and Units/Cases. Product name and so on. We have the template.
