What we have so far:
We have our own in-house Microsoft Access application that we developed and have used for years. The program tracks travel agent commissions, vendor payments and generates reports.
What we would like:
Adapt the program to the internet so travel agents can go to a secure site and access only their current and past commission reports, add new sales to their account, edit their profile, have their unique password emailed to themselves if they loose it and submit trouble tickets for problems with a way to track and manage the trouble tickets. Our wish list would include more detailed reports with graphs that the agent can generate on the fly to compare monthly sales and give more detailed customized reports. A missing commission report so agents can keep tabs on commissions that have not been paid would be helpful as well. An integration with paypal or similar service would be a nice feature that can pay the agents when the commissions are due would be helpful.

We would need to know what kind of hardware/software we would need or already have to make this happen.

Ideally you already have experience with Access and converting to a web based application. A more details job description can be provided and a non-disclosure agreement will be required.
