Hi

We are looking for a living social clone with a MLM Reward program on purchases and Deal Scheduling functionality that remove deals when they expire or hit their cap. (We have designs for look and feel already). This will require a full Backend CMS , Merchant deal control area and customer login area.
Users will have the functionality to add email alerts onto up-coming deals that are not live yet. (Deal Scheduling)

MLM Reward System

When you refer someone they need to be affiliated to you when they register on the site coming from (Facebook,Twitter,Google+,Email or any link you have sent them about a deal. The system will need to create the link between the person sharing the deal and the person opening the link when they register. The link sent needs to be specific to the deal. When they register it will link them to you and the two levels above you.
Therefore if the person below you purchases a deal, you will and the two people above you will earn points and so on. The points issued for purchases made will be different according to the level you are on from the person purchasing.
The points will be allocated as follows, on your own purchase for every R10 spent you earn 3 points, the level above you earns 3 point, level above that earns 2 points and the level above that earns 1 point. This means that the person purchasing is the lowest point in the point allocation.These points earned can only be spent on deals on our site.
This means that our payment gateway will need to include the functionality of spending the points earned. The conversion between the cash price of the deal and the amount of points required to purchase the same deal is 1 – 10 (R1 = 10 points)

Merchant Control Area

Every Merchant will require an area to control their deals they have sold and a way to Reedem their deals when a customer collects.

Customer Area

Every Customer will require an area they can see all their deals purchased with points or cards. They can see points earned from own purchases and linked user purchases in a statement view. They will also require the functionality to set Alerts on up-coming deals, send themselves vouchers using email's or SMS ‘s on Deals they have already bought. They can refer friends and family from Main Deals and Up-coming deals using facebook , twitter , google+ and email. (This will include there unique reference number) to link registered users to them.
Customer will require a dashboard to see how many points they have earned monthly and amount they have earned on own purchases, Level 1 , Level 2 , Level 3 , Total Spent , Total. They will also require a basic drill down on transactions by each Level of earnings.

CMS

Will require the following functionality

1. Add deals with relevant points rewarded per level. Move current deal out of Up-coming page. Move current deal to successful Deal or Failed Deal (If failed, refund all purchase and reverse all points rewarded.)
2. Set cap per deal and increment each deal, so deal scheduling works as required.
3. Add cities
4. Control panel for Vouchers with refund Functionality for reversing points earned on cash purchases. (No points earned on point purchases)
5. Subscriber list with current Points balance.
6. MLM Tree View.
7. Admin must have a full view of all transactions and running totals by customer and Merchant. Report on points spent by customers on Merchants. Running total of Admin points account and transactions. Report to add or delete points if needed by customer.

This project will require you to agree to

1. Not to re-sell the code or the functionality.
2. We will require a support contract for at least 6 months.
3. Penalties - if the project overruns according to the confirmed “No of Days”. 5% of the final payment will be deducted for every 10 days over.
4. This will require you/company to sign a NDA.
5. Open lines of communication over Skype or Telephone, twice a week.
