Cashback Shopping Portal Website Partnership

We are a company in the US that invests in internet start-up companies. We are going to start-up a new cashback shopping portal website. We will pay for all the legal, payroll, customer service, office lease, office build out, hosting, marketing and advertising costs associated with the website here in the US.

You will pay for all development costs less some of the scripts we have already purchased.

You will be paid $0 cash for this development. However, you will receive a % ownership in the company in perpetuity (forever) and have the right to a % of the annual operating profits in perpetuity (forever) as well. We will negotiate the exact % of both once you confirm your ability to build the platform.

Web Platform Revenue Streams:
We will generate revenues three ways: membership fees, cashback share from member purchases, and sales from private label product sales. Operating profits will be derived from this point. There is no cap on the amount of profits you can earn.

Professionals Only. We want to partner with a team who has experience with this type of work and can handle completing the platform in a quick manner. We are going to invest our money for all other expenses so we want to be assured that the partner is equally capable of making an investment and paying for the development of the platform.

SECTION 1: API eCommerce Integration & CMS for 20 Million + Products

We will require you to do integration work with several different merchant APIs. In all this will require customization and work with 20 or more different API networks that will showcase over 20 million products.

This project is for professional teams only. Please have past experience and be willing/able to show relevant work with APIs and other eCommerce platforms.

This is a very serious project, so please no time wasters.

After you integrate the different APIs, then you will need to do a lot of custom work to build out a design and to complete several filtering options for product search results.

You must use all of the latest web standards and use web2.0 design standards. You must also integrate with authorize.net or another major payment gateway for checkout purposes. This is not a quick and easy project. This is very involved and requires tons of effort.



SECTION 2: eCommerce Script Customization & Add 20+ Added Features

We have an eCommerce Script and we need the design of it customized. There is going to be 50+ pages associated with this script on our website and we need every single page, icon, button, color, etc customized and web2.0 look and feel.

Along with that, the script has around 30+ core features on it now, and we will need all of those features customized to our design and customized to change some of the coding and programming framework as well.

Furthermore, there is a long list of about 20+, maybe even 40+ features that we need added to this script. Some of those features may include but not be limited to:

-Ticketing System (Helpdesk ultimate built into site)
-Search Suggest (Suggest products based on what is typed into search bar)
-Refer a Friend (Provide customers with rewards of your choice for referring new customers)

SECTION 3: Android & iOs App & Affiliate Marketing System & Membership

We need an Android & iOs application built. Same application but for both platforms. The app will integrate with our eCommerce website that will allow users to pull product/services for sale information along with pricing information. The app will integrate with their social media and also serve as product/service price check for in store shopping.

We also need an affiliate marketing system (we have script or we can use a web based service) integrated into our website. This will be used for affiliate marketers to market our website, in which we will pay them to do so.

We also need a membership component built and integrated into our eCommerce website that will allow customers to sign up for a membership which will give them 'member only' features and 'member only' access to certain components of our website.

These are all separate needs, but all for the same eCommerce platform.
