The project must be completed within a maximum of 4 weeks.

I will need the winning bidder to have voice chats to get feedback and project updates therefore English speaking is a must, and a telephone number must be provided. I will expect the winning bidder to call me on a regular basis (every 2-3 days) to inform me of progress.

A Skype address must also available for video conferencing. The winning bidder must be available during UK daytime 9AM-5PM(GMT).

Just to clear a few things up, when I said it needs to be finished within a maximum of 4 weeks i meant 20 working days (not including weekends).

Also could all bidders reply back to me with their understanding of the requirements.

I will also need 2-3 design concepts before I award the project, this is to ensure that you understand the requirements properly.
