I want someone to create an automated roulette bot for a specific US online casino (and add others in the near future) following a system I will provide.

It must run on Windows XP and Win 7 for as long as I set it to. Without supervision and without crashing. Preferably in the background.

It should also save the history of numbers drawn automatically or give me the option to do so. Which ever is easier for you.

Things to know:
- It is a SIMPLE system that follows only two rules. If X comes up don't bet on X and Y. Always bet on 0.
- The system is for outside bets, on lines.
- The bot wont be using progressions for now.
- The bot should stop on X amount of winnings or spins I randomly choose.
- The first 2 spins of every session the bot will bet on red and black and then continue with the actual system.
Please bid reasonably and provide an estimated time for delivery. I want to start working on this ASAP.

I welcome suggestions.

Note: The bot is for personal use personal use only. So no need to go overboard with design or anything complicated. Here are a few changes to the original posting and a written explanation of how the bot should work.

The bot will still be for playing European roulette in casino software.

Changes:
- The system is still for outside bets, but now it is to bet on numbers from 1 to 18 (low) or 19 to 36 (high), NOT on lines.

- No progressions. The formula on how to bet, I will share with the programmer.

-The bot should work in the following way:

I start the bot, I select the amount of money I will be betting per spin, not necessarily a specific chip. I must be able to tell the bot to bet $3 or $7 or $17 (not only $1, $5, $10, $25, $50 and $100) per spin or whichever amount I choose.

Then I select how many winnings I want per session, after that the bot should start playing until it hits the amount of desired winnings or bankroll goal, then it should end the current game (by exiting the gaming window) and start a new game (by re-opening the window). The bot should do this for as long as it is open and has started working or you can include the option for me to select how many times to do this or a "pause/stop" button.
