Progress bar that updates while the file is being uploaded, shows actual percentage progress
Handle large files (up to 200MB)

When file upload is complete, an email is sent to us with the details of the upload.
Must work in IE7+, FF4+, Safari(Mac) and Chrome

The form that requests the uploaded file should also ask for this info, and include it in the email message:

The IP of the system submitting the file will be included in the body of the email message.
We area able to select the upload directory, must be above webroot.
prevent overwrite by concatenating company name to filename and a sequential number at the end (if needed).

Font, background and images (such as the loading progress bar) can be changed by editing an XML file.
We receive an unlimited license of the end product.
All files will be provided to us in a zip or rar file.
Detailed installation instructions must be provided.
First installation is included with your bid. (We will provide access to our server)
