This is a very simple survey script needed for my wordpress site. It is to determine personality types.

The 9 personality types that will be determined by the participant having to answer 5 questions for each personality. That's 45 questions in total.

Example:
Personality One - 5 x questions
Personality Two - 5 x questions
Personality Three - 5 x questions
Personality Four - 5 x questions
Personality Five - 5 x questions
Personality Six - 5 x questions
Personality Seven - 5 x questions
Personality Eight - 5 x questions
Personality Nine - 5 x questions

Script:
Will need to be an existing wordpress plug in of sorts and easy to duplicate as I will be copying the site and need the programing to easily duplicate with the copying of the site.

Scoring:
Each question will ask them to add a score between 1 to 10 giving the 5 questions a total score from 5 to 50.

Each of the 9 personalities will then calculate these 5 questions.

Total score:
The winning personality will simply be the personality with highest score. If there is a draw, then the participant will need to be prompted to review their questions and make a few modifications.

On completion of the test:
Once the participant has completed the personality test, the script, (and all from within Wordpress), will need to enable them to insert their email to be sent their test results and their personality as well as being taken to their specific personality landing page.
