I need a flash programmer to work on fixing some bugs , improve some existing features and develop some new ones for a live webcam application (pay per view / pay per minute type) .

I have attached to this project a text file with al the things you want to know about this project , whats have to be done , etc. Its a long one because i've tried to explain every detail , but please read it to fully understand what i am talking about .

I need this project to be done in 2 weeks + some test days TOPS !
Winner of the project will be picked on monday or tuesday , provide all access and put the money in escrow at that time .

Any delay must be deduced from your fee . Must agree with me on this one because on the last flash project (with freelancer) the timeframe was 20 days and it was done in 3 months !

Please take the time to read the documentation and make a correct and fair offer . I'm very serios kind of guy and know what i want , have the knowledge but dont have the know-how on flash part . So , if you dont have the skills please dont waste time bidding on this .
