I searching for a very talanted graphic desiner to redesing my website.
The Website deals SEO services:

Please Give me 2 bids for 2 opptions:
1. with a flash banner for the header
2. with a static banner for the header
Note that the site's languige is Hebrew and it is written FROM LEFT TO RIGHT !!!
so the entire site is designed in the opposite direction.
