How the process works:

Customer will come to my clients lending site, looking for some type of business loan, once they know which load they want to apply for the customer will register, after registering the System will take them to a loan application so they can fill it out. Once application is finished and submitted, (based on the loan program that the customer needs), then the system will send that data to the required investors (Based on the investor's requirements such as banks etc)

Requirements:

• Database Requirements
• either mssql or mysql:
• Database to hold all investors
• Database my be able to search based on investors loan requirements - There will be different loans programs
• Then data send to that investor's email and back-end login system


Website:

• Need Look and feel
• Customer Register form
• Customer Application Form


Admin Back-end:

• Need To Add/Edit/Delete new pages (such as forms and page tabs)
• Add/Edit/Delete Loan Programs and information for all clients
• Loan Status


Client Login

• Login for Client to Add/Edit/Delete there Loan Programs
• Each Client will be assigned a username password so they can input there new loan programs (which will automatically update in the main database).
