Editor/Writer to develop self help articles from transcripts

I'm looking for an optimistic, positive and ebullient writer/editor to edit a transcript of a video lecture and provide a number of deliverables that are keyword loaded for SEO. I will provide the keywords and the byline for each transcript. Your style should be enthusiastic such that you can get the reader to take action.

This will be for ongoing work as there will be more than 20 transcripts of videos. I have set up a process that I would like you to follow.

Deliverables for each transcript:

1. Create a short 6-10 line summary that is keyword loaded. This will be used as an introduction to the video or blog post to generate interest and curiosity so people open the email and watch the video.

2. Create a set of executive summary bullet points – since most of the videos/transcripts have the same basic format, I would like you to suggest a simple format that we use for each lecture transcript once you have looked at it.

3. Edit the transcript and convert it into an article that is keyword loaded. I will provide the keywords that I want to have incorporated into the finished piece. In your proposal include the word campbell. The article will be posted on a variety of article sites.

Then, once we agree on this base article:

4. Create 3- 4 further articles from the same basic source but with different headlines and keyword phrases and changing the structure slightly so that it appears as original content. These will also be posted on various article sites

The expectation is to have up to 3 revisions for each article. Grammar and punctuation must be excellent. There must be no spelling mistakes, especially contextual mistakes that the spell checker may not pick up.

In your proposal, please include:

- your previous experience in self help article editing or writing,
- state whether you have posted articles online before and list which sites you have submitted them
- state what tools you use to submit articles to the various sites, if any
- 3 samples of articles you have written/edited along with the keywords you were targeting
- the results (e.g. # of views) for your example articles that were posted on article sites like Ezinearticles.com
- your usual rate
- estimated time for each deliverable/stage of the 4 deliverable listed above
