A designer is finishing the new design for my current site (see the old site at www.koasty.com) and afterwards would need someone to do the back-end programming. Most of the back-end programming is mostly done as you can see on the site so I just need the new design coded to the one I'm replacing. Also, the new design has a few new features I will list below however other than what's listed below it will still have the same functionality. I will get the PSD files and they can either do the HTML/ CSS for you (they are doing DIV and not tables) or I can let you do that if it's easier for you. The design will be done tomorrow and the HTML/ CSS (if you quote with needing it) could be done early next week. Below are some of the new adjustments:

1. DEALS - There will be a "more" button on the individual deals featured in the middle section. The designer created a jquery box that will pop up with more details of that deal when "more" is clicked. On the jquery deal details pop up will be more information along with original price, deal price, and savings, I will need you to put in a Google map which shows visitors where that deal is located on the map (i can find a free script for you to use), and it will have a expiring clock that counts down when the deal expires. I have a script I got online similar to groupon that should have that code for that clock and other things so you don't have to create a few of these things from scratch.

2. When you click on NEWS or TIPS & ARTICLES designer also created a jquery box that will pop up instead of going to another page.

3. The developer who created the website said my site is set-up where people who post deals can login to modify their deals, change their information, etc. I don't yet see this so maybe its in the coding?? None the less I will need someone to go in and make sure that it works so businesses can register and login then be able to add/edit/delete their deals or change address, images, etc. I am also not sure if the deal payment can be changed where it auto-deducts their payment method each month??? If not then I will keep it where they have to enter in their payments each month.

Everything else basically functions the way you see on the current site. Their might be addl changes but if I do I will post under this description and you can adjust your pricing accordingly.

FYI whatever due date you place will have to be completed 100% on that day NO EXCEPTIONS unless we added work that we both agree will take more time. I would want daily updates and daily progress on this site that is visible on your test server.

We have the HTML/ CSS DIV files from the designer to provide to whoever we select. We will be moving fast, as soon as today once SL releases the money from the other project, to select a bid and have someone start. Below I listed UPDATED specs so review the new specs and bid accordingly. The site already has most of the functionality however with the new design there are a few new features that you will have to change or implement. Below are some of the new adjustments you will need to do on top of the normal coding of PSD files:

1. DEALS - There will be a "more" button on the deal featured in the middle section. The designer created a deals detail page with more details of that deal when "more" is clicked. The designer gave me several options for deal listing and I want all the deals on each page and section to look like the deal on the homepage example http://www.mandirasoft.com/koastyfinalsite/ all with the same layout and design. On category pages I will need the page to rollover to a page 2, 3, 4, etc. My site is set-up to do so but I think it take something like 20 for it to rollover so need that change to about 10. Also on this link you will see how I only want ONE FEATURED deal on the homepage now instead of many. I am not sure if this is possible but I would like to have it where the featured deal changes (like my featured businesses section does) or changes when you change pages but not sure if possible???

2. I will need you to put in a Google map on the deals detail page which shows visitors where that deal is located on the map. On our new design page you will see a blue box under the main image, I would love to replace that as a google map that shows all the deals on a map once the person puts in a zip code but let me know if possible on your quote and if additional cost.

3. I will need you to place a expiring clock on the deal details page like shown here http://livingsocial.com/deals?preferred_city=15&fte=&email=Enter%20your%20email%20address... it will countdown to the date the user enters as the expiration date. The new design has the space set-up for it.

4. I need a user membership/ account set-up on this site. I will offer three packages and need for users to register and then be able to add, modify, and delete deals. Their packages would need to be set-up where depending on what their package is is how many deals they can post, when it expires, etc. They would need to pay using PayPal. The designer already set-up the design for this purpose I just need the back-end programming to make it work.

5. Change background color.

6. Make sure the NEWS and TIPS sections are working right with new layout.

7. Relabel ADD A DEAL to say REGISTER and put registration form on that page and replace current content. (I will provide the content)

8. General touch ups on site (make sure things are lined up, etc.)

Everything else basically functions the way you see on the current site. Their might be addl changes but if I do I will post under this description and you can adjust your pricing accordingly.
