I have a web site that I would like to have an Android and iPhone app built for. I'm not sure what my options for design are, but I definitely want it to be simple but with proper branding. I'm looking for the following features:

- Letting a user sign to their account (or register a new one)
- Ability to submit news tip being sent to one of our email addresses
- Ability to view all units in our unit database (http://www.starcraft-source.com/unitdatabase/) by race or searching by name showing all unit information (statistics, weapons, abilities, upgrades, and weak/strong against)
- A system that reads an RSS feed and links to specific articles of the site like the "All Recent" tab shown on our main page: http://www.starcraft-source.com/
- Ability for users to comment on those articles, and for some of the articles (all but news) to be able to give a 1-10 rating.
- I'd like to have 2 versions of this, one free with ads, the other paid ($.99)

I built these sites and I can provide the data in whatever format is necessary to work with the application.

If the cost is too high for both platforms I will likely choose Android over iPhone. If you provide a bid, please specify whether it's for both platforms or just for one, and which one it is for.

Thanks! All interaction will the site such as submitting a news tip, posting comments on the site will be done on the web site end and should not be included. What I mean is that I will provide a URL for you to post XML to that will handle the interaction with the web database. All you need to do is build a UI for it and post the data in the right format.
