URGENT

I need to create a mobile window based application which logs all user actions.

For example

I will need to run a survey which different group 0 years old 20 years old 50 years old to dial a number for example 9874572837 how long does it take the different user to dial the number.

But then having different keypads trying it out to come up with the best solution.

Need to do the same for a adding a contact, editing contact, dialing a number, sending an sms, taking a picture.
but all actions are logged timestamp etc... and the step by step what they do, so from the research i can do a report after the test.

You would require visual studio 2008 and ms sql 2008 so please have this before bidding.
