This site is in dire need of a refresh. The look and feel still match the customer's needs, but the navigation and site function are very dated, which makes it difficult to get fresh content on the site.

It's a pretty simple site. 6 pages in the primary navigation.

Need to keep the general look and feel of the site, but open to any improvements. I understand navigation will need to be changed to fit in the CMS framework.

This needs to be done in latest version of WordPress 3.x and the menuing needs to be done in WordPress' new menu configuration.

If it's easy enough, I would love to see client list and testimonial area be data driven for ease of adding new information. (And then being able to cycle testimonials in left column and header.)
Just to let everybody know. I'm still here. A more pressing issue has come up that I need to address. I will still award this project, I just need to wrap up a few more critical issues at this moment.
