php with simple dbo

- Description: I need a php file that will take the arguments 'action, param1, param2, param3' from 'file.php?action=action¶m1=var_1...' and call the function action(param1, param2, param3);
this should also include a simple DBO (mysql) that i can config with user,pass, db, and table and make queries like dbo->query('SOME sql HERE');
