I will present the project in pieces starting with the most urgent to the lest urgent:
Note: I do not need a designer, I am looking for a programer. Back end installation only. If you have high rates higher than average don't bother reading after this point.

1) We recently had a Drupal installation (www.ottawafashionweek.ca/login) fully functioning on our website provided us with
-community features
- Profile setup
- Private messaging
- Twitter integration
- personal page with pictures, news feeds, friends ect.
-Forum application
-Blog
-News feeds
-Shopping Cart
** I WOULD LIKE TO REACTIVATE THE MODULES AND MAKE SURE THEY ARE INSTALLED PROPERLY
2) I would like to setup node access in side my existing HTML webiste. (ottawafashionweek.ca)
- Under register inside an Iframe a form Node would load
- for consumer I want the shopping cart to load and i want it to be very easy and very simple to use ( i am open to suggestions if drupal or this option is not the most effective tool)
3) I want an advertising system built into the blog
- I am looking for a programer that would help instal a really clean back end module that would fit perfectly in the blog that would help us advertise for our sponsors
4) This final feature is not necessary but if it can be done that would be great:
I would like the drupal installation to be available in english and french and have a place to where they can switch from one to the other - Tags:
