quick smarty template fix i hope

its actually missing one of the rows

you see on the side under narrow product selections its showing gender, department, style, season, and heel. its skipping the category option for some reason. even though its clearly in the array as you can see the array print out at the top of the page. below is my testing smarty code just a simple section it should be showing the array but its not. i also attatched the source code for the php and tpl file so you can see everything.
