I want to use WP and Buddy press to create a event web site. This is where users can come and register to the website to see what events my organisation is organising. They can RSVP to the future events. users can create their private events. Also events are classified into public and private. public events are organised by admins from WP-ADMIn section and visible to all users. Private events are organised by users and only visible to the friends they invited to.

Apart from this I want a dedicated EVENTS PAGE which will list all events with details along with googlemap location. I have downloaded a plugin called Event Manager Extended but can't make it to work. It should have a calendar with events apperaing as icons.

Attached is a document which lists all requirements for the customisation to my word press site. before you bid I kindly ask you if you have had any experience/projects with BuddyPress and using Event Manager solution on WordPress? That is exactly what I'm looking for. Also please go through the document to understand every point and requirements and then quote your fee and estimated time of completion. If you reply I would like to see examples of event management sites you have done.
