Manipulate HTML code from email sign up form (icontact)

- Description: I use icontact as my email marketing company and I need the sign up form code they provided me with changed so the box will look different.
This should literally 2 minute task for anyone with html knowledge.
To see exactly what needs to be done, view attached file. I want the entire white box and black lines around it gone. All I want to end up with is the Submit button and email: with small white box. I'd like the text in the submit button to be changed from saying submit to Send It Now.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: This sign up form still has to work with icontact exactly as it did before manipulation.
