Essentially, I need a website that my clients (golf courses) will be able to log into with a unique username, and be able to build a list of sms subscribers (add golfer's phone numbers) and mass send marketing messages to their lists. I have made a checklist below breaking down the above mentioned website, however, there are some details that may be left out (I will discuss this with the programmer who is selected for the job). The site needs to have the ability to be integrated with any SMS Aggregator through their back end API's and to categorize each username with a particular keyword (Each golf course will log in and have the ability to send out mass text messages to their list via the SMS Aggregator shortcode that is connected.

Needs to have the programming and API abilities of connecting to an SMS provider.

I need to find a programmer for this project ASAP and have another BIGGER project being planned that if successfull, this programmer can also obtain the business for.

I am on a short time line to get this done and need someone to start on this project ASAP.
