    Need a php coder to do a web sms sending page that will connect via SMPP (instead of http) to an SMPP server on port 8888

    Functions:
    Version: SMPP version 3.4
    Contain text counter to determine size of message (160 xters per credit)
    Send bulk SMS using uploaded contacts file containing recipient numbers
    Send bulk SMS using queried recipient list from a database table
    Send bulk SMS using list of recipients pasted in text box
    Deduct credits from user account based on message size and number of recipients
    Request and save delivery reports to database
    Schedule messages for future sending

    There are one or two PHP SMPP libraries that can be used for this. I already have a bulk sms website but i want to change the bulk connection from xml to smpp. Only apply if you are familiar with setting up SMPP over http.
