Hi
I need a rough price and a realistic timescale for the development of a property portal consisting of the following functionality:
Content Management System.
Property Management System (The online ability for users with correct rights to manage Properties).
Payment Integration (Integration with a payment provider such as SagePay).
User Registration System (System for all types of users).
Integration of Postcode Anywhere.
Search Functionality (List + Map) (Functionality required for both normal listing of properties and Listing on a map).
Database Architecture (Correctly mapping out the database and ensuring future Scalability).
Integration of SMS Solution (Integration with a 3rd party provider of SMS services allowing sending of SMS).
Email Management System (Allowing you to setup which type of email is generated on which type of action and edit when required).
Messaging Centre Creation.
Shopping Cart / E-Commerce.
3rd Party Portal/Website Integration (up to 7 portals).
Administration System.
The above will be opened to further development.
