I have a client that requires a fully functional shopping cart website be created and a company email template. I have attached the original request - word document. But need the website/shopping cart to be SEO compliant and needs to be of Web 2 standard. The site needs to use SQL database as its backend making use of asp.net with vb.net for any back end work.

Shopping cart needs to be able to use paypal payment pro for its payments.

The name and logo of the website is displayed in the attachment.

The colours of the original requirement to be used in the below cart, and to make use of a flash banner on the front of the site to display new products etc. The site to customise is based on below and a full copy with images will be given to you.
