    Attached we got an excel sheet calculating some prices for a moving company. this got to be set up for web (html/php)

    no database needed.

    After submitting the form the email with the form fields should be gently to read.

    the form is in german language.

    we don't want the excel sheet in the webpage. we want a feedback form with all the information of the excel document
