I have a requirement to convert PDF forms in to fillable pdf forms which can be emailed at the end .
The client has given a sample form which thier developer use to do for them but they cant reach the developer any more
Only people who can turn around this quick and know what has to be done have to reply .
I dont care what you do where you are from i just need to see some samples if you have done any
