- Description: We want to build a site uptime monitor which allows users to signup for an account and then add up to five websites to monitor.
Then they should be allowed to select how often they want us to monitor their websites for uptime. (5 min, 10 mins, 15 mins)
Then on the back-end we want to collect all of the data such as
%uptime
%off-line time
