I would like to develop an electronic health records program:

I have created an image that helps illustrate the following:

1. The top of every patient record will display their name, date of record, and their age (with their birth date below in smaller font). Below this, each patient record will have 6 tabs (each will contain several data fields). See picture.

2. When you click on the patients name (above) a new window will open to display their full name, date of birth/age, address, phone, sex, insurance info, and warnings (ie medication allergies, etc).

3. On the left side of the screen will be a section titled Patient Visits. This will list any files created over the years (patient visits), and will place a red dot next to the date you are currently viewing (see picture).

4. In the bottom left corner there will be 5 buttons. Each will open a new window with additional patient information. See picture.

5. I would like the ability to attach files to a patient's record (such as image files).

6. I need to be able to save, edit, and print the files I create. I would also like to be able to add "users" to the software who have different passwords.
