I'm looking to create a group buying site similar to groupon.com Please state your price, time required and CMS that you will use. Also, the codes will remain private and belong to me upon completion.

Referral rewards just like groupon's will be created:
Ensure email referrals with unique links for each user is created and managed properly

Opt out feature:
User is able to opt out of a group buy ONLY IF the deal is still NOT ON and the time has not run out(not enough buyers yet)

Ease of usage:
User details will be filled in to purchasing form upon signing in

Payment:
User will be able to pay using credit cards - visa, master and paypal

Side deal functionality enabled but hidden at the start

Social media posting:
Ability to post deal or recommend them to friends via email (on site), facebook or twitter

Business user login:
Able to login to see their deals and print out list of buyers and their coupon codes

Forum

Archive of old deals but may be selected for display on site by admin

Other required functionalities:

I will be able to edit and modify this script myself

How long of a warranty and support period you will be providing

Are you going to do SEO for the website

Feedback page

Spam prevention:
Have additional verification for all email signups/ feedback page and subscriptions in the website unless user has logged in

A specified number of earlybirds who join a group buy will be given an additional discount (may be disabled)

Create a simple pre-launch page so that I may use it to collect email addresses from users who are interested even prior to official launch

also e mail all networks like facebook (ect)
