This is a 2 part project.

LANDING PAGE
1) I need a landing page so that flash-enabled visitors go to the flash portion of the site and non-flash ( including search engines, iPads, iPhone & other mobile / low bandwidth devices) go to the HTML version, I also want a site map created for SEO.

HTML SITE with "admin backend" for updating.
2) We are building a Flash Site and would like to make a low-bandwidth html version of it. We would like this to be primarily geared to mobile devices (iPad/iPhone/Android/Blackberry). We would like the site to resemble the flash site. We will provide the front-end graphic design, we are only needing the assistance on the back-end.

Please take a look at the flash site so you have an idea, its only a temp site but has all the functionality finished.
