I need a regular auction website with timer countdown can be reset to 15 seconds when someone place a bid within last 15 seconds (time reset can be changed in admin panel).
screen flashing when someone bid (similar to bidz.com and go4bids.com)....
+ All functionalities have to work perfectly
(like bidz.com or go4bids.com)

I DO NOT want penny auction.
I DO NOT want reverse auction.
Just regular auction only.

Bidder do not have to "buy bids" to bid. I just want a regular auction (highest bid like ebay) with countdown timer reset to 15 seconds (can be changed) when someone place a bid....)
