Here's the API for the email provider.

Here's the API for the IP Data lookup service we want to Query.
http://api.demandbase.com/docs
we have a web form hosted by the email provider. When a person submitts the form, we want their IP Address submitted to the DemandBase API and all data that is returned to be saved in our email system.
You will be building the connector code that will communicate to both API's. My questions is will your code .net and Java run on Apache?
This needs to be a web service.
