i have a somewhat ajax site and id like to embed my forums into the site w/o refreshing the page and everything changes in the div idk if you have to use an iframe i tryed with script but did not work good in firefox i want it to look exactly the same in firefox ie opera and all browsers

and not to refresh when a link is clicked only refresh in the content div that ajaz uses to change content in that div.
