- Description: I'm looking for someone that can deliver a 3rd party chat roulette client. Preferably in VB.NET however, I will also consider C# as an alternative.
The demo should be able to enter a chat, send/receive messages, and also stream video (from a video file or image sequence).
Full usage requirements will be given in private.
