I need a custom programmed Trade Board/ Sales Portal , a place where buyers and sellers can interact. Sellers will be able to login and post their items for sale and buyers will be able to login to message(PM) sellers on the items they have for sale. I need for passwords to be randomly generated and sent to user once they have signed up and subscribed.

I will need a billing functionality where the usernames and passcodes correlate to the trial,6month and 12 month membership fees.

I will also need a forum build into the site.....where content,sales materials and further discussions amongst buyers and sellers can take place.
