    I am looking for a way to do some fairly basic photo manipulations on the iPhone, either in cocoa, c or c++

    I need to be able to burn and liquify (or similar such as nudge), any other filters/tools are a big plus.

    You can either have written this or be able to tell me how to do it via existing code or framework.

    I can show photos of what I need to be able to achieve via PMB if you think you have/know a solution.
