In general, the images could also be placed as background images so that they pre-load. (for example in solutions-on-call.com the logo in the left hand corner is not an image, it is a background image in the css file).
If you have any other suggestions to make it load faster, that would also help. this is very important as load time plays an important role in SEO - Tags:
