    I need a WordPress installation setup as a CMS with 5 initial pages as shown in the screen shot. The theme needs to recognize which page is being displayed and put the brown tab behind it, as shown behind "Roster" in the screen shot.

    The main content area of the page should be set to a div which will scroll within the defined maximum height area.

    I will install WordPress, so only the theme needs created and uploaded. I can provide cPanel and FTP access. I prefer to use ScriptLance escrow for transactions.
